Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship in the United Kingdom and parts of Europe. If your destination is not included, please email us at info@revesdesalpes.com for a bespoke quote, Taxes and duties may be included outside our shipping countries.

When will I get my order?

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but the majority of our items are made to order to avoid any waste. Our lead time is 2 weeks unless stated otherwise. Items from our vintage range can be dispatched from 7 working days (over the Christmas season deliveries may be subject to delays).

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number and your shipping information to info@revesdesalpes.com. We will follow-up with next steps to determine the best resolution. Please note that our vintage items will display wear consistent with age. It is important you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery, if this is impossible then please sign for them as ‘Not Seen’.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not issue exchanges. Please return your item for a refund (following instructions and terms here) and make a separate transaction for the new item.

Waiting list item?

We do create a waiting list when an item is out of stock (i.e. when we have run out of fabric). If you sign up to the waiting list we will send you an email informing you if the product is back in stock. This is not available for our Vintage collections as they are one of a kind.
